She would love to hear from you if you are interested in joining her wonderful team of qualified, experienced and caring tutors who are committed to helping and supporting students of all ages with their learning. Sue says: “I am passionate about education and learning.
I believe in providing each child, young person and adult with the right tools and confidence to successfully enable them to access learning, make progress and achieve their full potential. I am, therefore, absolutely thrilled to have this opportunity to join the highly regarded Home-School Tutoring organisation and help promote teaching and learning throughout the Norfolk area.
I have enjoyed a variety of work in my professional life combining various administrative roles within the travel industry and publishing and then entering the teaching profession. I completed my PGCE at the University of East Anglia with my primary specialist subject 3-5 year olds. I was a primary school teacher for 14 years, teaching mainly in the Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1, but with experience teaching across the Primary school ages including Key Stage 2. I have a particular interest in Special Educational Needs and spent several years as SENCO during which time I achieved the National Award for Special Education Coordination. In addition I have a qualification in British Sign Language, Stage 1 (Elementary) and the City and Guilds Initial Certificate in Teaching Basic Skills (Literacy), allowing me to teach basic reading and writing skills to adults with a wide range of learning difficulties. In my role as Area Advisor for Norfolk I am embarking on a new and exciting opportunity, which allows me to combine my administrative skills together with my years of experience in education.
My aim is to provide a quality service of educational support whether that is for exams, for increased understanding or for new challenges and success. My team of excellent Norfolk tutors are committed to these same values and aims. We are here and ready to help. I would be delighted to welcome more tutors to our team – we need many more for the months ahead.

She has started to believe in herself
"Without the extra tuition my daughter has had to sit her KS2, I do not think she would be who she is now or where she is academically. Her confidence has massively grown, and she has started to believe in herself. Lotte (the tutor) is an absolute credit to this company and we are truly grateful for everything she has done for our daughter. I would highly recommend Lotte to anyone who felt their children needed a little extra help.
Lisa Wright (Ashlee's mum)"
