Besides being our South East Wales Area Advisor,  Anthea is an enthusiastic and committed teacher with more than 40 years experience of teaching science from Key Stage 3 to A level.  She also tutors EAL, adult literacy and advises on UCAS applications. Anthea is a fully qualified Life Coach and this training and experience enables her to be particularly empathetic and patient in listening and in encouraging children and young people to flourish. She has a genuine desire to help all individuals to achieve manageable goals and she understands the benefits personal tutoring can bring.

From her experiences as a teacher and an examiner;  from working with schools in Europe and with two sons, she knows the difference that excellence in teaching and tutoring can make to lives.

Anthea has been lucky enough to recruit 2 new tutors who have excellent credentials. One is a very experienced A level Chemistry tutor and the other has experience of Maths and English especially at KS2.
