We provide effective, supportive, bespoke tuition either face-to-face or online.

Our fully vetted, qualified and experienced teaching professionals are on hand to assist with your, or your child’s, learning. We provide effective tuition for all subjects, abilities and ages, from Early Years Foundation Stage up to Degree level qualifications. We can also help with Entrance Examinations (9+, 11+ and 13+) and Home Schooling.  We create individually tailored lessons and our goal is that our tuition sessions are engaging, encouraging and enjoyable in order to accelerate progress. We can do assessments alongside tuition as well as provide progress reports and self-study resources.

    Hello I'm Carolyn, your Home-School Tutoring area advisor and tutor manager for the Oxfordshire area.  My very able assistant is Jane Smith and both of us are here to help you. 

    I believe very strongly in personal tuition, on a one-to-one basis, as being a great tool and powerful encouragement to individuals' and their learning. I have a passion for helping people in their learning and that's why I love this role and running this business.

    Every enquiry is different and each person is an individual with different learning goals and different ways of learning. There are many local tutors in our team waiting to help you or a member of your family; to build confidence in learning and to tutor with patience and understanding .

    Because we know the skills and expertise of the tutors in our Oxfordshire Home-School Tutoring team,  we are able to make a personal recommendation to you.  We will listen to your needs, hopes and aims and will recommend a good, suitable tutor to you.

    Our Team of tutors is ready to help

    We offer all the main school and college subjects and many more besides.  Every school year and every term our tutor team grows with more experienced tutors offering to tutor their own specialist subjects and levels for Home-School Tutoring.

    This means that we are able to offer an even wider spread of specialist  tutors to our clients, although of course some of the most requested subjects are still Maths, English, and Sciences ( Chemistry, Physics and Biology).

    There is also growing requests for tutors who are experienced in helping pupils who struggle with their learning and we have some excellent, caring tutors with that speciality.

    Whether you are considering taking one of the main core subjects or anything else, please make contact.  We always do our very best to help recommend a good and suitable tutor for the specific need requested.

    Special Needs

    We have experienced and qualified Special Needs tutors  and we will do our best to personally match your child with the right tutor for them.  All our tutors are thoroughly vetted and DBS checked.

    All of the above subjects are offered in each area at all key stages, including for: primary level, entrance exams, SATs, the Common Entrance, GCSE, A level and pre-university or undergraduate level. We also have a wide range of other subjects - so whichever the subject - please get in touch!
